Enrollment is a two-part process for Jones County Employees, please make sure you complete the enrollment process on both websites. You must make your Medical Insurance elections through the State Health ADP enrollment portal and your Non-Medical/local Benefit elections such as Dental, Vision, Life and Disability through the NFP bswift enrollment portal. Please print a copy of your final confirmation statements from both enrollment portals for your records.
If you are transferring from another school district in Georgia your State Health Benefit Coverage will transfer over to Jones County, and you will be unable to make a change. Your voluntary benefits do NOT transfer, and you will need to make new elections on these benefits through the NFP portal listed below.

Please note when logging into the SHBP enrollment portal, your registration code will be SHBP-GA.

- Your USERNAME is the First Letter of your First Name, Last Name and the Last 4 digits of your social.
(ex: jdoe1234) - Your default PASSWORD is the Last 4 digits of your social. (ex: 1234)

We use the bswift enrollment technology which will allow you to access the enrollment portal on your desktop.
To make changes to your Local Benefits – dental, vision, life, disability, etc. – when you have experienced a qualifying event, please contact the NFP Service Center. You will need to provide supporting documentation of the qualifying event (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc) to NFP via email nfpsecustomerservice@nfp.com or via fax 770-382-0853 or by phone 1-800-994-7429.
To make changes to your medical coverage for a qualifying event, please call State Health Member Services at 1-800-610-1863 or log on to ADP-SHBP Enrollment Portal.
